These competitively priced shock/storage freezers are perfect for gelato pans and tubs. They allow you to shock freeze your product and then with the flick of a switch you can turn the machine to storage mode. Not as powerful as a dedicated blast freezer, they do have the benefit of larger internal space allowing you to freeze and store more product.
