The Valmar Smarty TTi meets the most demanding and complex requirements of artisan gelato production. This combination machine offers the flexibility of small batch pasteurisation and all the benefits of the Valmar TTi range of batch freezers. Incorporating the trademark Valmar Combisystem, it offers 33 different programs for gelato, sorbet, granita and fruit cremolata, Perfect for flavour-by-flavour process (different recipes).

Flexible Pasteurisation
The innovative process of the new Smarty TTi makes it possible to quickly heat even small mix quantities – up to 20% of maximum capacity – without burning or sticking.
A fine texture, and accuracy in production are the key results, even with products made of delicate ingredients such as eggs.
Superior Freezing
The cutting-edge Valmar COMBISYSTEM is the unique and innovative batch freezing system patented by Valmar and installed in all the batch freezers of the TTi series. The system automatically adjusts to your process demands, selecting the optimal batch freezing method based on the recipe, workflow, and production rate. As a result the processed gelato does not melt quickly and is perfectly creamy, soft and easy to be worked with a spatula, even at core temperatures of -12°C. Standard overrun up to 40% of mix weight.
